    • Beauty Products: Cosmetic and beauty products are not eligible for exchange.
    • Bags and Footwear: These items can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged or if you received the incorrect size.
  1. Unboxing Video Requirement: To initiate an exchange, it is essential to create a brief video while unboxing your order at the time of delivery. This video will serve as evidence of the product’s condition upon receipt. This step is vital to facilitate a hassle-free exchange process.
  1. Timeframe for Exchange: You must provide information to Prasha regarding an exchange within 24 hours of delivery and request for exchange within 3 days of delivery. Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging (including price tags and wrapping papers etc.), and in the same condition as when received.

    • To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
      • Contact us at within 24 hours of receiving the product.
      • Provide the order number, details of the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange (size issue or damage).
      • Share the unboxing video as requested.
  2. Verification and Approval: Upon receiving your request and verifying the provided information, we will approve the exchange if it aligns with our policy guidelines.
  3. Return Shipping: For approved exchanges, Prasha will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Points/Coupons in lieu of Refund: Instead of offering a refund, Prasha will credit points/coupons equal to the value of the product, excluding shipping charges. These points/coupons can be utilised for future purchases on our website.
  5. Replacement or Points/Coupons Usage: If the same product is available in stock, we shall replace your product with the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will provide you with the option of a replacement with a similar product or the utilization of the credited points/coupons for future purchases.
