Cancellation Timeline:
Our customers have the option to cancel their order within 2 hours of receiving the order confirmation. To initiate the cancellation process, please follow these simple steps

Access “My Account”: Once logged in, click on “My Account” located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Cancelling Your Order:
After accessing “My Account,” navigate to the “Orders” section. Here, you will find a list of all the products you have ordered. To cancel an item or your entire order, follow these steps:
Important Note:
Please be aware that you can only cancel your order within the initial 2 hours window after order confirmation. Once this time has elapsed, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Receiving and Payment:
If your order is not cancelled within the specified time frame, it will be processed, shipped, and billed to you as per the original order details. You will be responsible for receiving and paying for the items in your order.

Return Policy:
Once our products have been purchased and successfully delivered to you, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, but you may exchange the product according to our Exchange Policy.
For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, if a customer decides not to accept the ordered package upon delivery, they will be responsible for covering the associated delivery fees. Please note that delivery fees will still apply to orders that qualify for free delivery. The delivery fee will be charged by our shipping partner at the moment a customer declines to receive their order.
Multiple Item Returns/Exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange more than one item from your bulk order, you will be responsible for the delivery charges. Please ensure the return items are shipped back to us using a trackable method. You have to ensure that the item is unused, in original packaging and all tags and stickers are intact as arrived. Our quality department will check the item and will process your return/exchange only if all the rules are abided by the customer.
