• International Shipping: For customers outside of the UAE and within Middle East, international shipping policies shall apply, and deliveries may take 10 to 15 working days, depending on customs clearance.

Same-day and Next-day Delivery

For your convenience, we offer same-day and next-day delivery options on selected products within Dubai. Once our products have been purchased and successfully delivered to you, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, but you may exchange the product according to our Exchange Policy.

For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, if a customer decides not to accept the ordered package upon delivery, they will be responsible for covering the associated delivery fees. Please note that delivery fees will still apply to orders that qualify for free delivery.
